The evening begins with the ceremonial unearthing of the imu - a traditional Hawaiian underground oven. Sip on a welcome cocktail and take part in cultural activities like makahiki games, while enjoying live Hawaiian music and graceful hula performances.

A sumptuous dinner follows, featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients from land and sea.
