Savor delicous island dishes from Mai Grille Restaurant, which was elected as Best Chef in 2018 by Best Chefs America.

Following the luau dinner, sit back and enjoy a spectacular musical journey through Polynesia, stopping at locations like Tahiti, Samoa, New Zealand and Hawaii.

• Kalua Big Island Pork: Big Island Pork wrapped in Ti Leaf and smoked overnight
